Eve

Eve has an amazing panoramic sea view, you can watch the sun rise over the sea from the lounge.
Two comfortable bedrooms (King and twin) with en-suite bath/walk in shower and 32 inch smart tvs and memory foam mattresses.
The living room is a long open-plan space with a dining area and a 6-8 seat couch along one wall with two smaller sofas, logburner, 42 inch smart tv/dvd player and bluetooth music system, with patio doors leading out to the garden and a sun-room with lots of board games/books/dvds if the weather isn’t so good.
Wifi and oil-fired central heating.
Well equipped spacious kitchen plus a utility room with a second sink, washing machine/dryer and large extra fridge/freezer and space for dog crates if you bring them.
Outside there is a paved front area which catches the morning sun.
The back garden is lawn with a patio area with table/chairs and 4 loungers. There is an outside sprinkler for showering off sandy paws.
All fencing is new and solid, but is 4 feet tall to maintain the sea-view, so please be aware of this when booking if you have fence-jumpers!!
The beach (dog-friendly all year) is a few minutes walk, either along the road or along a gravel track, and has steps down to it. Beyond the garden gate is a playing field which can be used for dog-exercising or low-key ball games etc. Eves neighbours are both elderly single people so there is never noise or people passing by the gate, so great for taking reactive dogs for a break away.
The local pub (The California Tavern) a few minutes walk away serves meals and has live music most Saturday nights and is dog-friendly. There are more pubs, shops, cafes, takeaways, a fish/chip shop, bakery and a small garden centre all within a short walk. A visit to Tacon's Farm Shop is also recommended.
We have listed restaurants/pubs that we like in a folder at the property and lots of info on what to do/activities/places to visit etc. Thrigby Hall - famous for tigers is only 2 miles away, Great Yarmouth is 4.5 miles and Horsey Beach seal colony 8.5 miles. Scratby beach forms part of the Norfolk Coastal path which runs from Caister up to Sea Palling and beyond.
