BOOKING POLICY/HOUSE RULES

Dawn is strictly a non-smoking property. If you smoke, please do so only in the garden at least 6 metres away from any doors/windows and please make sure no smoke enters the building. 

The  property has a log-burner and a guide to how to light it/use it which must be followed to prevent accidents. One large basket of logs is provided, more available at £6 large bag.

A max of 4 dogs are welcome - please ask if you have more as we usually say yes but need to consider space.  We do not make any extra charge for dogs but any damage they make must be paid for and we ask if you would please bring throws if your dog sleeps on your bed.

We also ask that you clean up after them in the gardens - our gardener is very lovely, but he hates finding doggy parcels on the grass and has asked me to ask guests to check the gardens carefully on the morning of their departure. 

We provide human towels, but for hygiene's sake we ask guests to please bring doggy-drying-towels and to please ensure your dog is dry before they come in from a walk. 

We have Superfast internet supplied by Utility Warehouse. In the event of this dropping, we will endeavour to rectify it as soon as UW are able to, but we cannot be responsible for any loss you may have as a result if this is outside of our control. We cannot make any refunds in connection with unexpected Wifi loss.

To book, a £50 non-refundable deposit saves the dates, the remainder is due 8 weeks before the holiday start date. 

Checkout time is 10.00 please. Unfortunately we advise that we will make a charge of £15 for every 30 minutes over this time.

 

Breaks are STRICTLY offered Mon-Fri/Fri-Mon and Fri-Fri/Mon-Mon. If you choose a 2 night break of Fri/Sat night, the 3 night cost is still applicable but with a late checkout on the Sunday, up to late evening.  To check availabilty/price please click on the book now buttons with dates on the enquiry page.  For any problems with this, please email/text me or send a message. If the buttons refuse to accept the dates entered, it either means the dates are booked or that the arrival/departure date is not a Monday or a Friday.  The calendar is always up to date.
