A return visit that did not disappoint. A lovely bungalow in a fantastic location with everything you need and more. Super dog friendly which means not only do I get to relax and feel at peace whilst there but my little dog also has a fab time. We sat in the garden watching a deer eat Apple's we wandered along the beach being observed by a seal and the sunrises were breathtakingly beautiful. Beautifully clean and welcoming. I am already planning my next stay.
Clean and comfortable with all the facilities you could need. The garden has a very good fence so our two dogs were happy as they will spend a lot of time outside and I was happy as I could relax and not have to continually check on them. Quick and easy access to the coast path and beach and close enough to the shops, restaurants and amusements when needed but far enough away for them not to be obtrusive. Highly recommended
We had an absolutely wonderful stay, everything from the view to the bungalow was amazing, and all the little extras were a nice surprise too (coffee, tea, sugars toilet rolls towels and tea towels along with washing up liquid soaps you name it). Our doggies loved the toy selection and it’s always helpful to have extra doggy bags. Real thought has been put into making it a perfect stay. Also allowing 4 dogs is a real winner as lots of places only allow 2 so for us absolutely brilliant and the garden being safe and secure for them another bonus
Just returned from a 4 night stay. This is the most dog friendly we have ever stayed at. Although we didn’t cook much - kitchen was equipped with everything and more you needed. Tea coffee sugar washing up liquid tea towels. Milk in the fridge croissants biscuits. In the bathroom plenty of toilet rolls. Most places only give you one to start. TV in bedrooms. Hot water system simple to operate and very efficient. Our only hiccup was finding the key safe 😂😂. Loved it.

Eve is an amazing place to stay. We have had the best few days and really don’t want to leave.
It really is home from home, everything has been thoroughly thought off, from books, games, dvds to things for the dogs and tea, coffee, milk and kitchen and bathroom essentials to clean up. We really didn’t need to go shopping for it all but we did!
Perfectly spacious for us and the views are amazing.
We loved our early morning beach walks to wear the dogs out which some days we had the whole beach to ourselves, and then again in the evening.
This was our first holiday with all the dogs and I was secretly dreading it as I didn’t no if the dogs would cause trouble 😂 but nope, I am so relaxed and refreshed and can’t wait to book again.

We had the best time I've come back and already booked March next year Sharon was amazing answering any questions I had. All mod cons there including a slow cooker which made my holiday 🤣 one of my dogs has all his dinner cooked due to illnes and it saved me taking mine. Cant wait to go back wishing the year away

Another wonderful holiday at DAWN we had a fabulous break seeing seals everyday swimming freely off Hemsby beach.
There is everything you need and your doggies too. I can’t wait until our next visit xx

We had an amazing long weekend at eve, with our young son and two dachshunds.
Everything was perfect, the location, the amenities and cleanliness. We didn't want to go home!
It was so great to have early morning walks along the beach to tire the dogs out and then back again to play and fly kites. So handy being a very short walk to the beach. We had the best time and did not spend a penny!

Just come back from a great mid week break at Dawn, perfect for us and our 2 collies who just loved the beach and coast path. It really is a very dog-friendly property as well as having everything their owners could need. Even in a cold January it was cosy, warm and welcoming after a nice walk on the beach which really is just 3 minutes away on foot! Thank you to Sharon for all the nice little touches, we will definitely be back.
Just on our way home after spending Xmas week at Eve it was lovely and can’t recommend it enough the bungalow is in a great position and having the beach on the doorstep was great the dogs loved it
